Crossroads North is a medical clinic in Fergus with a trained team of doctors, nurses and health care professionals that help people in our community who are struggling with drugs.

Come by on Wednesday or Saturday between 8am – 1pm. We’re in Fergus on 540 Garafraxa St East (Found Here) on the lower floor. You don’t need a referral from your doctor to see us. All clinic visits are FREE with your Ontario health card.

WHAT TO BRING: Your health card. If you need help renewing your expired health card or replacing it if it’s lost, give us a call or send us an email.
